ORLANDO, Fla. / October 18, 2022 / AVIATION NEWS – Avfuel’s headed back to Orlando for NBAA-BACE with a strong network presence in booth 2424, connecting attendees to 24 co-exhibiting fueling partners representing 71 Avfuel fueling locations*, a complete portfolio of aviation solutions from sustainable aviation fuel to trip planning, and an opportunity to participate in rewarding activities.

“The Avfuel team always looks forward to networking face-to-face at BACE,” Marci Ammerman, Avfuel’s vice president of marketing, said. “It is one of the best opportunities to connect attendees to our premier network of carefully-curated branded FBOs—from those in our booth to the 650+ in the Avfuel Network. Our show presence wouldn’t be nearly as electric without our fueling partners who chose to join us in booth 2424. We are incredibly thankful they opted to invest in this opportunity and joined us to help represent the strength of the Avfuel Network: strength in the breadth of locations and the level of service we’re able to provide.”

Convention attendees visiting the Avfuel booth will have the opportunity to visit with Avfuel-branded FBOs to learn more about their unique, independent operations, as well as chat with Avfuel’s broad array of experts. In the booth, attendees can learn more about: Avfuel’s sustainability initiatives, including SAF, book and claim, carbon offsetting, and G100UL, the latest advance in unleaded avgas; the Avfuel Network of 650+ branded FBOs and 3,000+ global contract fuel locations; trip support and flight planning services; risk management solutions; government/military services; and commercial/cargo solutions.

As attendees explore the Avfuel Network in the booth, they also have the opportunity to participate in the Curated for You: Aviation Art or Cash Prize giveaway. After registering at Avfuel’s activity counter for a game card and visiting 10 co-exhibitors, attendees will be entered to win an original piece of aviation art by Jayce Hall—who will be creating a highly-detailed micrography drawing in the Avfuel booth all week long—or a $500 cash prize. Visiting 20 co-exhibitors will double attendees’ chances to win. Avfuel will select winners via a random drawing on Tuesday and Wednesday at 4 p.m., and Thursday at 11 a.m.

In addition to giving attendees the opportunity to watch the artist create his piece live in the exhibit hall, Avfuel will host, along with jetCenters of Colorado, two in-booth happy hours on Tuesday and Wednesday from 2 to 5 p.m. Avfuel staff—nearly 50 team members from sales, marketing, the executive team, supply, Avplan Trip Support and Avsurance—will also be on hand to represent the Avfuel Network and to handle any requests surrounding what Avfuel does best: fuel supply and services.

“The week is all about connectivity,” Joel Hirst, Avfuel’s senior vice president of sales, said. “The entire team is ready to take over the show floor and share Avfuel’s comprehensive capabilities with attendees, listen to their needs and connect them with proven solutions. That’s always been the Avfuel difference—connecting on a personal level. That’s how we’ve grown over nearly 50 years and how we added another 22 branded FBOs to the Avfuel Network over the past 12 months.”
