Sheltair Welcomes Kai Seymour to the Family Business
Fort Lauderdale, Florida – Todd Anderson, COO of Sheltair, has announced that Kai Seymour has joined the company.
As the grandson of Jerry Holland—Sheltair’s chairman, CEO, owner and founder—and son of Lisa Holland, president, and Frank Seymour, senior vice president, Kai’s appointment adds a new generation of dedication to the family-owned business.
As a new addition to the Sheltair team and under the direction of COO Todd Anderson, Kai will be starting as a management trainee, rotating amongst every department in Sheltair to learn all facets of the business and the industry it supports. Kai is expected to contribute to the company’s strategic planning efforts and help evaluate its departments’ development and performance, concentrating on Sheltair’s real estate portfolio.
“To have Kai join the business my father built from the ground up fills me with pride.” Said Lisa, “It is a testament to our focus on delivering a customer experience based on family values that is now three generations strong.”
Kai is an accomplished and energetic professional with a genuine history of achievement in management, marketing, sales, and customer service. He is a motivated young individual with strong organizational and prioritization abilities, bringing a valuable fresh perspective to Sheltair.
With his leadership and marketing expertise, Kai founded Xplicit Promotions—a start-up marketing company in the Tampa-Bay area—nearly two years ago. He’s also served as assistant manager for Vector Marketing, obtained business development experience with Faircount Media Group, and worked at Sheltair on the line and customer service teams at their FLL location. Kai’s most recent achievement was earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Tampa in May of this year.
